Rivers Solutions includes Spravato in its Alexandria mental health services, alongside counseling and medication management. The practice works with both children and adults and offers individual, marriage, and family counseling through its outpatient office.

Spravato is an in-person treatment at the Constitution Drive location, which gives adults access to esketamine without leaving the practice for a separate treatment center.
