Stillwater Health offers both ketamine by IV and Spravato in Paducah, Kentucky. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, given at the office with two hours of monitoring afterward. The clinic holds special certification for its Spravato program.

IV treatment usually starts with at least six sessions over one to two weeks, followed by booster infusions to hold the gains. Sessions take place in a quiet room with heart monitoring and trained staff present.

The clinic was the first in western Kentucky to offer ketamine therapy and is the region's only provider of BrainsWay deep TMS. Care covers depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, migraine, and chronic pain conditions. Counseling and medication management are also available. It serves Paducah and western Kentucky.
