Lumera Healthcare offers Spravato at its medical division office in Paducah, Kentucky. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, approved for adults whose depression has not improved after at least two antidepressants. It can be used on its own or with an oral antidepressant.
Care starts with a full psychiatric evaluation covering treatment history, current medications, and overall health. On treatment days, staff check blood pressure, supervise the dose, then monitor patients before they leave. A ride home is required.
The practice was formerly Emerald Therapy Center and is CARF accredited. Other services include counseling, psychiatry, TMS, addiction treatment, and a postpartum program. This office serves Paducah and western Kentucky.
