Four Rivers Behavioral Health

Four Rivers Behavioral Health administers Spravato through its Center for Medical Services in Paducah, where psychiatric treatment is part of a large community behavioral health system. The medical team also provides medication services, patient education, and other supervised treatments.

Spravato is given in the office for treatment resistant depression, with staff present during administration. The downtown Paducah center also has an onsite pharmacy and laboratory support, which can keep several parts of psychiatric care in one place. Four Rivers has served western Kentucky for decades and reaches patients from Paducah and nine surrounding counties across the region.
