MindWell Psychiatric Care

MindWell Psychiatric Care brings Spravato to Madisonville through a small outpatient practice led by psychiatric nurse practitioner Michelle Davis. She has more than 25 years of nursing experience and provides psychiatric care for children, teens, and adults.

Medication management is a major part of the practice, and the clinic treats depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health concerns.

Spravato is administered at the YMCA Drive office rather than through MindWell's telehealth appointments. The practice gives Hopkins County residents access to esketamine without traveling to a larger city. MindWell serves Madisonville and nearby western Kentucky communities.
