Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health
Spravato sits alongside TMS at Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health's Louisville clinic, where interventional care centers on difficult-to-treat depression. Psychiatrist David Roth leads the practice, and TMS is also used for eligible patients with OCD. The clinic also handles medication management and psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
Adults take Spravato under direct clinical supervision and remain at the clinic for two hours afterward. Bluegrass can also consider TMS when medication hasn't provided enough improvement. The office opened for in-person care in August 2026 and serves Louisville residents as well as patients from nearby communities across Jefferson County and north-central Kentucky.
