Expedition Mental Health
Expedition Mental Health uses IV ketamine in Lexington as part of a psychiatry practice that combines medication treatment with psychotherapy. Dr. Kristin Dawson provides psychiatric evaluations, ketamine consultations, medication management, and therapy for patients 14 and older.
The ketamine program includes single infusions as well as structured plans for depression and trauma-related care. Some plans combine six infusions with therapy or integration sessions, which keeps the medical and psychological parts of treatment connected.
Appointments take place at the Wellington Way office. Expedition Mental Health serves Lexington and patients from surrounding communities across central Kentucky.
