Cold Spring's ADOM Wellness includes Spravato within a psychiatric practice that also provides medication management and therapy. Psychiatric nurse practitioner Charlotte Savill founded the practice and works with adults and adolescents who need care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other concerns.

Spravato treatment takes place at the Kentucky office, while many routine psychiatric and therapy visits can also take place in person or online. ADOM schedules appointments throughout the workweek and on Saturdays. The practice's Northern Kentucky location serves Cold Spring, Newport, Fort Thomas, Alexandria, and other communities near the Cincinnati metro area.
