Sunflower Mental Wellness opened the first Spravato clinic in Pratt, Kansas. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, used by adults whose depression has not improved on standard medications. Treatments here are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The practice expanded into Pratt in 2026 to bring advanced depression care closer to home for rural patients. Three psychiatric nurse practitioners see patients at this office.

Care covers ages 6 and up and includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, autism, and bipolar disorder. The team also has interests in perinatal mental health, youth care, and care for older adults. Medication management is available in person or by video. This office serves Pratt and the surrounding area.
