Compass Behavioral Health offers Spravato at its outpatient office in Garden City, Kansas. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, approved for adults whose depression has not responded to other treatments and for major depression with suicidal thoughts.

Each visit includes at least two hours of rest and monitoring, with blood pressure checked before and after the dose. Treatment runs twice a week for four weeks, then weekly for four weeks, then every two to four weeks. A ride home is required.

New Spravato patients start with a referral from their physician, followed by a consultation. The organization has served the region since 1961 and treats patients age 6 and up. This office serves Garden City and Finney County.
