Phebus Behavioral Health is a Spravato treatment center in Lafayette, Indiana. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, offered here to adults 18 and up whose depression has not responded to other medications.
The practice focuses on psychiatric medication management for patients age 12 and up. It treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders, including medication assisted treatment.
GeneSight testing is also available, which uses a cheek swab to help guide medication choices. The office is run by a psychiatric nurse practitioner and Navy veteran. Both in person and video visits are offered. The office serves Lafayette, West Lafayette, and nearby Tippecanoe County.
