United Hope Medical offers Spravato at its office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, approved for adults whose depression has not improved after two or more antidepressants. It is taken alongside an oral antidepressant.

Treatment is given at the practice's certified center with medical staff supervising the whole visit. Patients must be 18 or older and have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder or treatment resistant depression.
