The Anxiety Center in Fishers, Indiana offers both Spravato (esketamine) and ketamine treatment for adults whose depression, anxiety, OCD, or trauma have not improved with therapy or medication alone. Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray administered under direct medical supervision in a controlled clinical setting.
Rather than gradually adjusting neurotransmitters, Spravato acts on glutamate pathways to promote neuroplasticity, helping the brain loosen rigid thought patterns and interrupt stuck cycles. Treatment typically begins with an induction phase of six sessions over two to three weeks.
The Anxiety Center uses an integrated model, combining esketamine with therapy and psychiatry in-house so care stays coordinated. Insurance is accepted, and a free consultation is available.

Medication management and TMS in-network with Anthem, Cigna, Humana, Aetna, United Health (TMS not approved by United Health). Psychotherapy provided as out-of-network with superbill for reimbursement. Ketamine infusions and individual psychotherapy not covered by insurance. Medicaid and Medicare accepted for services other than ketamine and individual psychotherapy.
