Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray administered under direct medical supervision in a controlled clinical setting.
Rather than gradually adjusting neurotransmitters, Spravato acts on glutamate pathways to promote neuroplasticity, helping the brain loosen rigid thought patterns and interrupt stuck cycles. Treatment typically begins with an induction phase of six sessions over two to three weeks.
The Anxiety Center uses an integrated model, combining esketamine with therapy and psychiatry in-house so care stays coordinated. Insurance is accepted, and a free consultation is available.
