Allure Wellness Center's North office in Evansville, Indiana offers Spravato (esketamine) as a REMS-certified treatment center for adults living with treatment-resistant depression. For patients who have tried two or more antidepressants without adequate relief, Spravato provides a different pathway through the brain's glutamate system.

Treatment is delivered in a supervised, supportive office environment. After self-administering the nasal spray, patients are monitored for at least two hours, and a trusted driver takes them home since driving is not allowed on treatment days. Dosing follows an induction, consolidation, and maintenance schedule tailored to each patient.

The center's experienced PMHNPs also offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, behavioral interventions, and addiction medicine, with insurance coverage available.
