Allure Wellness Center's East office in Evansville, Indiana is a REMS-certified Spravato (esketamine) treatment center serving adults with treatment-resistant depression. Spravato is the first and only FDA-approved nasal spray designed for TRD, working on the glutamate system through NMDA receptor antagonism rather than targeting serotonin like traditional antidepressants.

Each session takes place in a comfortable, supervised office setting, with patients self-administering the spray and monitored for at least two hours afterward. Treatment can begin to relieve symptoms in as little as 24 hours and is available with or without an oral antidepressant.

The practice's board-certified PMHNPs also provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and addiction medicine. Many commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid are accepted.
