Blessing Outpatient Behavioral Health offers Spravato treatment in Quincy, Illinois. The clinic is part of Blessing Health System and began offering Spravato in January 2025, bringing the treatment to west central Illinois for the first time.

Spravato is a nasal spray for adults with treatment resistant depression, used with an oral antidepressant. Doses are given at the outpatient clinic with two hours of monitoring afterward, starting twice weekly and tapering toward a maintenance dose as symptoms improve.

Some patients eventually come off treatment entirely and stay in remission. Care starts with a referral from a patient's provider.

The clinic serves Quincy, Hannibal, and patients across west central Illinois and northeast Missouri.
