THRIVE Mental Wellness offers Spravato treatment in Poplar Grove for adults with depression that has not improved after two or more antidepressants. It is also used for depression with suicidal thoughts.
Spravato is a nasal spray given under the supervision of a healthcare provider in a certified setting, and it may be used on its own or with an oral antidepressant.
The team is made up of board certified psychiatric nurse practitioners and a mental health counselor.
Medication management, psychotherapy, lab work, and genetic testing that guides medication choices are also available. Video visits are offered. The office has free parking and an accessible restroom.
