The Institute of Neurobehavioral Services is a certified Spravato treatment center in Orland Park, Illinois. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, used with an oral antidepressant for adults whose depression has not responded to other treatments.

Getting started involves a consultation, a review of past medications, a medical check, and help with insurance approval. Each treatment session runs at least two hours. Staff track vital signs and watch the treatment room by camera the whole time.
