TMS is covered by most major insurance including Medicare. SPRAVATO® is covered by major insurers and offers a special savings program through Johnson & Johnson that may offset out-of-pocket copays and deductibles, sometimes as low as $10 per treatment. IV ketamine is not covered by insurance.
