Gravity Psychiatry & Wellness is a REMS certified Spravato clinic in Normal, Illinois, serving adults with treatment resistant depression. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, and it is given only in the office under supervision.

Patients start with a full psychiatric evaluation that reviews past medications, medical history, and safety factors. Dosing follows the standard schedule of twice weekly visits at first, then less often as symptoms improve. Each visit includes at least two hours of monitoring after the dose.

The practice also provides psychiatric medication management and coordinates with a patient's existing therapist or primary care provider. Care serves patients across Bloomington Normal and central Illinois.
