FJ Psychological Services
FJ Psychological Services offers Spravato treatment in McHenry for adults whose depression has not improved after at least two antidepressants. It is also used for severe depression with suicidal thoughts.
Patients take the nasal spray themselves at the office under the supervision of trained staff. A full evaluation comes first to work out whether the treatment fits.
The practice covers care across the lifespan, including individual, couples, and family therapy, EMDR for trauma, psychological and neuropsychological testing, autism and ADHD evaluations, ABA therapy, medication management, and primary care for ages 8 and up. Video visits are available across PSYPACT states.

Accepts insurance
Coverage varies by plan, so patients should check their mental health benefits, deductible, session limits, and whether a referral is needed. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted, and CareCredit financing is available.
