Grit and Grace Therapy

Grit and Grace Therapy offers Spravato, a nasal spray form of esketamine, at its office in Mahomet, Illinois. Patients take the medication themselves while a provider supervises them in the office.

Spravato is paired with an oral antidepressant and is given twice a week for the first four weeks. After that, the care team reviews progress and decides on dose and timing together with the patient.

The practice also provides counseling, psychiatric medication management, and deep TMS, a magnetic treatment for depression. A separate counseling track is available for military members and first responders. The team serves Mahomet, Champaign, and nearby communities.
