Guided Psychiatry

Guided Psychiatry offers Spravato in Evanston through a new outpatient psychiatry practice founded by Sophianne Schwab, MD. Dr. Schwab is triple board certified and works with mood disorders, anxiety, complex trauma, eating disorders, and other psychiatric concerns.

Medication management and psychotherapy are part of the practice, and some regular psychiatric appointments can take place virtually. Spravato requires an in-person visit at the Evanston office.

The clinic opened in 2026 and has quickly added esketamine to its treatment options for adults with treatment resistant depression. The Evanston office draws patients from the North Shore and other Chicago-area communities.
