Two Roads Wellness Clinic offers Spravato at its office in Danville, Illinois. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, approved for adults whose depression has not improved after at least two antidepressants.
Care starts with a consultation that covers past medications, current symptoms, and safety screening. On treatment days, staff check vital signs, then the patient uses the spray under supervision and rests for at least two hours. A trusted adult must drive the patient home.
The clinic opened in 2015 and takes an integrative approach. It also provides counseling, medication management, primary care, physical therapy, and nutrition support. The team serves Danville and nearby east central Illinois communities.
