Vida Health Wellness offers Spravato at its office in Chicago, Illinois. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, taken with an oral antidepressant by adults whose depression has not improved after at least two other medications.

It may also be an option for adults with major depression who are having urgent suicidal thoughts, when a provider decides it is appropriate. Treatment is given at the office with trained staff supervising.
