TMS is covered by most major insurance including Medicare. SPRAVATO® is covered by major insurers and offers a special savings program that may offset out-of-pocket copays and deductibles directly related to the drug. The SPRAVATO® with Me Savings Program through Johnson & Johnson helps eligible patients reduce out-of-pocket costs, sometimes as low as $10 per treatment.
IV ketamine is not covered by insurance. Relief offers packages for IV ketamine and will discount the cost if paid in full and up front. Financing available through advancecard.com and mymedicalfunding.com. HERO discount available for active duty and former first responders, active duty military personnel, and veterans.
