McGill Counseling

McGill Counseling in Champaign is a REMS-certified Spravato (esketamine) treatment center offering this FDA-approved nasal spray to adults with treatment-resistant depression. Spravato can be used with or without an oral antidepressant and is also approved for adults with major depressive disorder experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Treatment is self-administered under the direct supervision of the practice's nurse practitioners, followed by a two-hour in-office observation period to monitor for side effects. Sessions typically begin twice weekly for the first four weeks, with an ongoing schedule set based on each patient's response.

McGill Counseling pairs Spravato with a broad range of mental health services, treating mood disorders, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and many other conditions. Both in-person and telehealth care are available.
