IV infusions run 45 minutes to an hour, with staff monitoring throughout and a short recovery before heading home with a driver. Ketamine works on a different brain pathway than traditional medications, and about seven in ten patients with treatment resistant depression respond. The clinic also treats PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and certain chronic pain conditions.
