Ascend Mental Health Center offers ketamine and Spravato treatment in Idaho Falls for people whose depression has not responded to standard medication. Ketamine is given by injection into the muscle in a clinical setting, with medical supervision at every visit.
Spravato is a nasal spray given at the clinic under close monitoring, with structured dosing and follow up built into each session.
The practice was founded by Dr. Matthew Larsen, a double board certified psychiatrist. It also handles medication management and psychological testing for depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, autism, and substance use in both children and adults.

Closed for lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm
June-August: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

The clinic is a National Health Service Corps member and offers discounted fees on a sliding scale to patients who qualify. A superbill can be provided for out of network reimbursement.
