Omega Health Services
Omega Health Services offers Spravato treatment in Caldwell for adults whose depression has not responded to other treatment. It is a nasal spray that can begin working within hours, compared with the four to six weeks oral antidepressants often take.
Omega was approved as an esketamine treatment center in the summer of 2019, and staff will check whether a patient qualifies for the program.
This Caldwell office also handles psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and testing for ADHD, ADD, and autism spectrum disorder. The practice has served the Treasure Valley since 1997.
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Every other Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm

Most insurance plans are accepted. Patients are encouraged to check their outpatient mental health benefits and confirm their provider is in network before the first visit. Payment is due at the time of service, and cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.
