Integrity Mental Health administers Spravato in Boise for treatment resistant depression. Patients receive esketamine at the outpatient clinic under clinical supervision instead of taking it home. Close clinical monitoring remains part of each in-person treatment visit.
The practice also provides broader behavioral health care for people who need psychiatric support before, during, or after Spravato. This gives the clinical team a continuing role around the office-based treatment rather than limiting care to the dosing visit.
