Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare

Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare uses its Mason City office for Spravato treatment for adults with treatment resistant depression. The psychiatric program also handles medication management and outpatient therapy through a large regional behavioral health organization.

Treatment starts twice a week for four weeks, then moves to weekly sessions for another four weeks. Later visits are commonly spaced every two to three weeks.

Each Spravato appointment requires about two hours at the clinic. Prairie Ridge has multiple locations across northern Iowa, while esketamine is administered at the Mason City office. The program serves Mason City and nearby north Iowa communities.
