Iowa River Wellness

Iowa River Wellness opened its Marshalltown practice with Spravato as an advanced option for adults with treatment resistant depression. The clinic also provides psychiatry, medication management, therapy, and diagnostic assessments for children, teens, and adults.

Spravato gives patients an in-office treatment option when traditional antidepressant medication hasn't helped enough. Therapy or psychiatric follow-up can remain with the same practice when either belongs in the care plan.

The clinic opened in 2026 and is based on West Southridge Road. Iowa River Wellness serves Marshalltown and surrounding communities across central Iowa and nearby rural areas.
