Wellspring Health handles Spravato in Dubuque through an outpatient infusion center that administers specialty medications by appointment. The clinic has a dedicated referral process for both initial Spravato treatment and maintenance dosing.

The University Avenue center is built around scheduled infusion and specialty medication visits rather than general psychiatry. Patients are referred into the program, and Wellspring coordinates the treatment visit at its Dubuque location.
