Integrative Minds offers Spravato at its office in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, approved for adults who have not had enough relief from two or more oral antidepressants. It is also used for adults with major depression who have suicidal thoughts or actions.
The practice is led by a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who trained at Allen College and worked on an inpatient psychiatric unit. She sees patients ages 5 to 65.
Care includes psychiatric evaluations, talk therapy, and medication management, with both in person and video visits available. The approach looks at physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health rather than the diagnosis alone. The office serves Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and nearby northeast Iowa.
Accepts insurance
Not all plans are accepted. Patients with a plan the practice does not work with pay the full fee at the time of the visit. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.
