Empower Psychiatry and Sleep
Empower Psychiatry and Sleep offers Spravato treatment in Suwanee for adults whose depression has not improved after two or more antidepressants. It is also used for major depression with active suicidal thoughts.
The clinic is REMS certified, which means it meets the federal safety requirements for giving this medication. Patients use the nasal spray themselves under direct observation, then stay at least two hours before being cleared to leave. A ride home is required for every session.
Care is led by Dr. Ravi Singareddy, a board certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years in practice and an Emory Healthcare Network affiliation. BrainsWay deep TMS and genetic testing that guides medication choices are also available. Saturday morning appointments are offered.

Coverage for Spravato and TMS applies to patients who meet clinical criteria. Staff verify benefits and handle prior authorization before treatment begins. A superbill can be provided for out of network patients.
