Oasis Health Services offers Spravato treatment in Roswell for adults whose depression has not improved after two or more antidepressants. It is also used for depression with suicidal thoughts.
Appointments run about two hours, since patients take the nasal spray at the office and stay for a two hour monitoring period. The schedule starts twice a week for four weeks, then moves to weekly or every other week. A ride home is needed on treatment days.
The practice also handles medication management, therapy, and ADHD testing for children, teens, and adults. Free 15 minute consultations are offered, and the office sits near GA-400 with free parking.

Spravato is covered by most plans with prior authorization. Staff verify benefits within two to three business days before the first visit. Self pay rates, payment plans, and sliding scale fees based on financial need are available, and superbills can be provided for out of network reimbursement.
