Salveo Integrative Health offers ketamine and Spravato treatment in Oakwood for people whose depression has not improved with standard medication or therapy. IV infusions run about 40 minutes in a private treatment room, with a full visit closer to 60 to 90 minutes.
Spravato is a nasal spray given at the office and is usually covered by insurance.
The practice was founded by Dr. Shahzad Hashmi and treats children, teens, adults, and older adults. BrainsWay deep TMS, therapy, medication management, movement disorder care, and an on site pharmacy are also available. This office offers walk in hours Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.

Medicare and Medicaid are accepted, along with most major plans. TMS is covered by most major insurance. IV ketamine is generally cash pay.
