Avant Interventional Psychiatry administers Spravato in Marietta through its East Cobb interventional psychiatry program. The nasal medication is given at the clinic rather than used at home. Psychiatric evaluation helps the team consider esketamine and other advanced depression treatments.
Alongside Spravato, the practice delivers TMS, therapy, and medication management. These options allow the outpatient team to connect interventional care with ongoing psychiatric treatment through one practice. Avant Interventional Psychiatry operates several offices across the Atlanta area, while its Marietta location supports East Cobb, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and nearby northern metro communities.

Accepts insurance
Nearly all major insurance plans cover TMS therapy for the treatment of adult patients with treatment resistant depression. Most (not all) insurance plans require a prior authorization. Patient must have a diagnosis of severe depression, identified by the severity of symptoms, as well as two to four antidepressant medication trials, and a history of psychotherapy prior to TMS therapy.
