Resilience Mental Health
Resilience Mental Health offers Spravato treatment in Chatsworth for adults whose depression has not improved on other treatment. It is also approved for major depression with acute suicidal thoughts when used alongside an oral antidepressant.
Patients take the nasal spray themselves under provider guidance, then stay at least two hours for monitoring. Treatment happens in a private room rather than a shared group space, which makes for a quieter visit. A ride home is needed, and driving should wait until the next day.
The practice treats teens 16 and up and adults for anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. A full psychiatric evaluation comes first. Patients are seen across Chatsworth and Murray County.

Most commercial plans are accepted, along with Georgia Medicare and Medicaid. Affordable self pay options are available for patients without coverage. Staff will answer coverage questions before the first visit.
