Integrated Psychiatric Services offers Spravato treatment in Alpharetta for adults who have tried at least two antidepressants without enough improvement. It is also used for major depression with suicidal thoughts.

Each visit starts with a check in on mood and readiness. Patients use the nasal spray with a clinician guiding them, rest about two hours while staff monitor vital signs, then talk through the experience before leaving. A ride home is needed.

The schedule is twice weekly for four weeks, weekly for four weeks, then every one to two weeks. The practice also offers BrainsWay deep TMS, therapy, medication management, and ADHD testing for children, teens, and adults.
