Futures Recovery Healthcare

Futures Recovery Healthcare offers IV ketamine infusions and Spravato in Tequesta through MetaVida, its outpatient mental health program. Both are given on site in private infusion suites on a gated nine acre campus.

The ketamine course runs three infusions a week for two weeks, six sessions in total, aimed at bringing acute symptoms down quickly. Patients are monitored throughout and discharged once stable, with a driver required afterward.

Spravato is available separately and the facility is REMS certified for it, with a two hour observation after each dose. MetaVida also offers deep transcranial magnetic stimulation and therapy including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Patients can start outpatient care directly or step down from a residential program. Futures Recovery Healthcare serves Tequesta and northern Palm Beach County.
