The Sun City Center office of Learning to Achieve Wellness offers Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, administered in-office under medical supervision with the practice's standard twice-weekly then weekly protocol. This location brings Spravato together with TMS therapy, psychiatric medication management, GeneSight genetic testing, and counseling to serve the south Hillsborough County retirement and residential community.
The clinic accepts all insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare, with sliding scale and cash pay available for those without coverage. Evening, weekend, and telehealth appointments make accessing care more convenient. The practice serves Sun City Center and the surrounding south Hillsborough County communities.

TMS: Initial and remapping and 36 daily treatments covered by most insurance or self pay rate $6,000. Self-pay therapy $150, medication management $100, therapy and medication management $200. Sliding scale therapy $100. New patient evaluation $300 (self-pay) or $100 (sliding scale). Follow-up provider $100 (self-pay) or $50 (sliding scale).
