NeuroPain Health offers ketamine assisted therapy in South Miami for people living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or long term pain. Ketamine is given in the office by infusion or by injection into the muscle, with an oral microdose used in some sessions.

Care is led by Dr. Michelle Weiner, who is double board certified in interventional pain medicine and in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Her team is trained in pain reprocessing therapy, an approach that targets the brain pathways behind ongoing pain.

Treatment starts with a screening visit, then a meeting with a therapist or coach, then a series of four to six sessions. Patients are seen from South Miami, Kendall, Doral, and the surrounding Miami-Dade area.
