NOVA Psychiatry

NOVA Psychiatry is a Spravato treatment center in Orlando, serving adults with depression that has not improved on standard antidepressants. Spravato is a nasal spray taken during a supervised office visit, and the practice has a nurse who specializes in it.

The team is led by Dr. David Medina, a board certified psychiatrist with more than 25 years in neuropsychiatry. Psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and a licensed therapist work together on psychiatric care, medication management, and talk therapy.

The practice also runs clinical trials in areas such as major depression, bipolar depression, schizophrenia, and insomnia. Patients are seen from downtown Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida area.
