Health Haven

Health Haven provides Spravato in Okeechobee through its behavioral health clinic. Esketamine is administered under clinical supervision for patients who meet the treatment criteria. The nasal medication remains an office-based service within the practice.

TMS, psychotherapy, and medication management complement the Spravato program and its continuing clinical follow-up. The combined services let Health Haven address changing outpatient mental health needs while keeping interventional treatment closely connected with ongoing, consistent, coordinated clinical and therapeutic support. The practice works with people from Okeechobee, Indiantown, Buckhead Ridge, and surrounding communities across south-central Florida.
