TMS of Miami

TMS of Miami offers Spravato treatment in Miami for adults whose depression has not improved with standard medication. The practice is led by Dr. Jahan Nasserzare and is a REMS certified center, meaning it meets the federal safety requirements for giving this medication.

Spravato is taken as a nasal spray during an office visit, in either a 56mg or 84mg dose. Staff help with the spray, then patients rest under the care of the clinical team for about two hours before heading home with a driver.

The practice also provides transcranial magnetic stimulation and ongoing medication management. Patients are welcomed from Miami, Aventura, North Miami Beach, and the surrounding South Florida area.
