Integrated Healthcare Services offers Spravato treatment in Miami for adults with depression that has not responded to other medication. The nasal spray is given in the office with close clinical monitoring throughout the visit.
The practice brings together board certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists who coordinate directly on each treatment plan. Care covers teens, adults, and older adults, with staff who speak both English and Spanish.
The team also handles psychiatric evaluations, medication management, talk therapy, ADHD care, and sleep concerns. Walk ins are welcome. Patients are seen from Westchester, Coral Gables, and the surrounding Miami-Dade area.
