At its Miami flagship, Happy Minds Wellness Center provides Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray under medical supervision for adults whose depression has resisted standard antidepressants. The practice takes a holistic, personalized approach across adolescents, adults, and older adults, treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, and substance use concerns.
Medication management and individual psychotherapy round out the comprehensive care options, and Spanish-speaking support is available for patients who prefer it.
