Sarkis Family Psychiatry is a certified esketamine clinic in Gainesville, treating adults with severe depression that has not improved on earlier treatments. Spravato is given at the clinic under provider supervision, with a coordinator who handles the scheduling and paperwork.
Dr. Elias Sarkis founded the practice in 1991, and the team now includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists who treat children, teens, and adults.
The clinic also offers ADHD testing on computer based assessments, medication management, talk therapy, and neurofeedback that trains brain activity patterns. Most services are available by video as well. Patients are seen across Gainesville and North Central Florida.
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm
Self-pay only. This clinic does not accept insurance.
The clinic is out of network. Payment is due in full at the time of service, and staff can file an out of network claim for PPO plans. Claims cannot be filed for HMO plans, and the clinic is fully opted out of Medicare and Medicaid. Prescriptions may still be covered.
